I am always looking for a “quiver killer”. When I wanted to buy new skis I was looking for a pair that would work for both park and powder skiing. When I made my last surfboard I designed it so it would work for any wave that I would want to surf. These knives are designed with that same idea in mind. They would be great paring knives, but they also come with a sheath so you can use them at work, or on a picnic or backpacking trip. Having one of these and a chef knife is all I ever use, and when I have a knife that is designed for a specific purpose I don’t end up using it.

Steel: 1095 High Carbon
Handle: Reclaimed Wenge Wood
Sheath: Leather with Belt Loop

+ All of Ev's knives are made of high carbon steel, which is heat treated for the best performance. His preferred steels are 1095, 1084, 80crv2, and old files, which I re-harden.

+ The wood Everett uses is either from his parents Nevada County property, or scraps from local wood workers. After he receive the wood, it's shipped out to get stabilized so it is more durable, and will not soak up moisture.

+ The sheaths are made out of vegetable tanned leather, which is molded to shape, stitched and dyed.

|| ABOUT EVERETT NOEL ||

My name is Everett Noel. I am 21 years old and have been making knives for the past seven years.  Last year I graduated from high school and took a break from school to make knives full time.  I made a knife shop out of an old trailer and traveled around California making knives.  Now I am back in school getting an art degree and I am continuing to make knives on the side.

I started making knives when I was 13 years old.  I have always loved making things, and I wanted to find something I could keep making and focus on.  I found a YouTube video on how to make a knife, and thought I would try it out.  My first knife was terrible, but they kept getting better and after making a few I knew that I wanted to be a full time knife maker.  Over the past six years I have been working on perfecting my product, and starting my business.
