Star People masks are sculpted with love to be hung on the wall. I originally made them so my outlandish jewelry had a proper place to be shown off, but I fell in love with sculpting faces, and honestly, they are really their own piece of art and can hold their own without the earrings. However, they have holes in the ears should you choose to put earrings in them. Each maske has the ability to hold hooks or posts.

My name is Kelsea and I am the artist. I currently reside on the Central Coast of California where I make my jewelry and art pieces. I am madly in love with the process of tactile work and exploring experiences. I adore all different types of art, but jewelry seriously swoons me. Its ornament is an emotional and empowering tool for us to use in life. I cannot understate how many times jewelry has befriended me in times of need, as well as influence other people - evoking extra power, courage, calm or erratic joy.
I enjoy using many mediums, as well as overlapping into other art forms such as photography, sculpting and drawing. I am so inspired by faces. I enjoy staring at them, photographing them, drawing them, putting jewelry on them, and sculpting them. I have been passionate about portrait art since I can remember. I believe it’s one of the things that drew me into the art world.
