Cameron St. Clair Archer was born and raised in Washington, DC. She studied anthropology and art history in college. She interned at the Smithsonian National Anthropological Archives, where she had access to materials that document the worlds cultures, finding herself drawn to the jewelry and ornamental designs from cultures around the world. Cameron loves to make simple, yet bold jewelry. Inspired by the American southwest, her pieces recall western heritage attire, with a feminist twist. In her spare time, Cameron enjoys camping and exploring the vast array of land surrounding her home in Los Angeles…and always with her dog, Zephyr.
