The Rosey-Danna is screen printed by hand with a pattern inspired by Art Deco illustrator George Barbier, 18th century French textiles and a border tribute to Indian woodblock printing.  Made from silk noil, a fabric with a slightly nubby texture that is naturally warm and wicking. 

|| WALNUT || Hand dyed with Black Walnut hulls, gathered in the forests of the Potomac Valley, West Virginia.  

|| MADDER RED || Naturally dyed with madder root to the fullest depth of shade, this madder hue is a washed antique red. 

|| MADDER PINK || Naturally dyed with madder root to a warm tint, this madder hue is an earthy modern pink. 

|| INDIGO + OSAGE GREEN || Hand dyed with Osage Wood (yellow) then dipped in indigo(blue) for a range of greens. (not shown in photo)
100% Silk Noil || Made in California, USA || Approximately 21" by 21" || Hand wash in cool water with like colors

Lindsey Fout is the Los Angeles based textile artist, designer, and teacher behind Last Chance Textiles.  A native West Virginian, her rural Appalachian upbringing informs the integrity and utilitarian aspects of the brand.  She designs and dyes in her Echo Park home, harnessing an experimental and physical process that can be seen in the individuality of every piece.
