The Whole Earth Catalog was an American counterculture magazine & product catalog published between 1968-1972 & occasionally thereafter. The magazine featured essays & articles, but was primarily focused on product reviews. The editorial focus was on, self-sufficiency, ecology, alternative education, "do it yourself" & holism. While the Whole Earth Catalog listed & reviewed a wide range of products (clothing, books, tools, machines, seeds, etc.), it did not sell any of the products directly. Instead, the vendor's contact information was listed alongside the item and its review.

An incredible compendium of hippy lifestyles & resources available during the mid-1960's & early 1970's. Its pages are filled with hundreds of pictures & photos for ads for tools, products, alternative theories, DIY information for the time, information for preppers & hours & hours of interesting reading.
